Impact
As a CAD Drafter Designer III at COMPA Industries, you will support cutting-edge DOE industrial and process projects. Your contributions will drive critical infrastructure developments and process optimizations, directly impacting national energy and security goals. This role demands precision, technical expertise, and collaboration across diverse engineering teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and prepare complex 2D and 3D drawings using SmartPlant 3D.
Support design and drafting tasks for industrial/process projects.
Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define design requirements.
Maintain adherence to project schedules and compliance standards.
Conduct drawing reviews and revisions based on team feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with SmartPlant 3D.
Proficient in 2D drafting techniques.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Availability to travel as required.
Desired Skills
Certified in SmartPlant 3D (preferred).
Experience working in DOE or industrial/process sectors.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience Requirements
Industrial or Mechanical degree preferred (not required).
Relevant experience in drafting/design within industrial/process or DOE environments.
