VP of Data

We’re recruiting a Vice President of Data to lead a powerhouse data organization that’s redefining what’s possible in the National Security space. If you’ve built elite data teams, shipped enterprise-scale solutions, and thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, you’ll want in on this.

What You’ll Do:

Own and drive the data roadmap, think proprietary data creation, integrations, quality, and next-gen governance

Lead Data Integration, Product, and Content Analysis teams

Set data quality and governance standards that scale

Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Exec teams to deliver mission-critical data solutions

Be the voice of data with clients, driving innovation through direct engagement

Your Experience and Skills:

You must hold U.S. Citizenship

You'll have 10+ years in data leadership & 5+ managing large teams

You'll have a Mastery of SQL, Python/R, cloud platforms (AWS), and big data frameworks

Proven success building and scaling data orgs in fast-paced environments

Executive presence with the tech savvy to match
