Antitrust Associate Attorney

Job Title: Antitrust Attorney/Associate

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 3 Days Remote per Week)

Salary: Up to $350,000 per year

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Antitrust Associate to join our dynamic legal team in Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact antitrust matters, including investigations, litigation, compliance, and merger reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust law, particularly with experience before the DOJ, FTC, or in private practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal counsel on federal and state antitrust laws, including the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, and FTC Act

Represent clients in investigations and enforcement actions initiated by regulatory agencies

Advise on merger clearance, antitrust risk in transactions, and pre-merger notification filings under the HSR Act

Conduct antitrust audits and assist in implementing compliance programs

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage litigation strategy and regulatory filings

Draft and review legal documents, opinions, and memoranda

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school; must be licensed to practice in Washington, DC or eligible for waiver

Minimum of 1 years of antitrust law experience, preferably in a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department

Strong understanding of antitrust regulatory landscape, economic principles, and enforcement trends

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
