Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring that our clients’ business goals are effectively translated into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work closely with stakeholders across multiple disciplines, shaping Salesforce architecture for major transformation programs in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Lead technical design sessions, creating detailed solution architecture and documentation.

Architect and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, especially within the telecom domain.

Design and oversee custom development, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), and data migration efforts.

Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Guide project teams through solution implementation, providing leadership and technical direction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Champion Salesforce platform best practices around security, scalability, and performance.

Drive architectural governance, environment/release management, and CI/CD practices (e.g., Copado).

Engage with stakeholders and clients to communicate technical solutions and value propositions effectively.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, ideally within large-scale enterprise environments.

Hands-on expertise with Salesforce technologies: APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), Force.com.

Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with a strong grasp of Salesforce data models and architecture.

Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce projects involving data integration and migration.

Strong familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.

Experience with DevOps tools and practices for Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado).

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II) are highly desirable.

Skills & Abilities:

Background in the telecom or communications industry preferred.

Ability to design and document current/future state architecture and technical specifications.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering innovative, business-driven solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead whiteboarding and design sessions.

Collaborative team player with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor developers.
