Base salary between $100 - $140K + uncapped commission
What You’ll Be Doing
Cultivating and expanding new and existing client relationships across the Eastern U.S.
Strategically planning and executing territory-specific sales initiatives
Driving lead generation and qualifying opportunities in the OSD/CDMO space
Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to boost brand visibility
Collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
Supporting contract negotiations and managing deal closure
About You
Background in Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field (BS or MS preferred)
Experience selling within the OSD market or CDMO sector
Deep knowledge of oral solid dosage formulation and manufacturing processes
Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
Comfortable with up to 60% travel across a broad U.S. territory
