Data Scientist

Role: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid)

Salary: $100K – $180K depending on experience

Requirements:

Proven experience in statistical modeling and data science, preferably within credit, insurance, life underwriting, or healthcare research

Strong hands-on experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), medical billing data, and medical coding systems

Proficient in Python or PySpark, with working knowledge of additional languages such as SQL or R

Deep understanding of machine learning models; experience with NLP or Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus

Ability to independently scope, lead, and execute data science projects from start to finish

Experience building and deploying predictive models using both structured and unstructured data

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and share best practices across teams

Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines and modern analytics tools
