Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: McLean, VA
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager Specialist to oversee and manage a range of IT & GenAI projects. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring all activities align with strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and tracking project plans, establishing relationships to explain IT solutions, and translating feedback into improvements. Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or Computer Science.
* PMP certification.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* Technical expertise in IT or Networking.
* Understanding of GenAI.
* 3-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in implementing technology solutions within IT/Network.
* Proficiency in Jira, knowledge of work breakdown structures, technical understanding of networks (routers, firewalls), and ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
