The Client Engagement Manager- Risk and HR Services, is responsible for education and development of referral relationships with a focus on Human Resources, Risk Managers, and Third-Party Administrators. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue by increasing admissions through successful education on how our services at First Responder Wellness (FRW) help public safety agencies retain employees and keep their workforce healthy. The Client Engagement Manager ensures the organization’s message is distributed across industry channels and to target audiences to meet the goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Impact the success of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical relationship management.

· Monitor the environment for new opportunities, working closely with the Management Team to take advantage of those opportunities that align with the organization’s mission and vision.

· Work with management and other key staff members on analyzing and utilizing critical data to continuously improve services and communicate the latest improvements to all prospective clients, stakeholders, and other providers in the organization’s network.

· Identify, attend, and represent the company at industry-related events and conferences in a manner which accurately reflects the values of the company.

· Prudently manage revenues within budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate government guidelines.

· Conduct meetings with other professionals and representatives in the industry to establish and maintain vital relationships which provide future business to the company.

· Travel to and from appointments and conferences throughout California and other states when necessary to represent the company in a manner which aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.

· Maintain relationships by providing consistent and thorough communication with held accounts via phone, email, text, etc.

· Speak with Human Resources and Risk Managers, third party administrators and even public safety agencies who are seeking guidance on how to work with FRW

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in workers’ compensation, risk management, employee

wellness, or related fields.

· Proven record of accomplishment in business development, client outreach, or stakeholder engagement.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to travel frequently for meetings, presentations, and conferences, including occasional evenings and weekends.
