Job Description
This position will be tasked with developing programs to support the company's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
Role and Responsibilities
Organize programs and activities in accordance with our core values and in line with long- and short-term goals for the company.
Develop new programs to match and support the strategic direction of the company.
Develop a budget and operating plan and submitting it for review by executive leadership team.
Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities coming from multiple disciplines and with unique goals.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including client satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes quickly and effectively to ensure project goals are achieved.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Working on strategy with the marketing team and monitoring strategy implementation.
Direct the local office staff and remotely monitor the product of engineering staff in other locations.
Develop project specifications and implement practices which will achieve defined objectives to the satisfaction of the client and of management
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor' or Master's degree in Business or related field.
[] year proven experience in program management.
[] years managing a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be 18 years of age
Must be US citizen
Preferred Skills
Success in this role will require prior experience in both program management and team management. Experience managing some remote employees preferred. Excellent communication skills and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe needed.
