Application Consultant

Application Consultant needs 8 years’ experience, site reliability engineer

Application Consultant requires:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline

Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, SVN); CI/CD; Kubernetes; Java; Python; Docker.

Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

Site reliability engineer

Application Consultant duties:

o Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding

o Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures

o Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning

o Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts

o Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
