As a PBX Resort Operartor, you'll answer phone calls in a courteous and pleasant manner and refer guests to the correct extensions. With a pleasant and can-do attitude you'll address guest concerns in a friendly and warm manner.

Salary: $18.50

Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard;

Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests;

Receive and send guest faxes;

Photocopying;

Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy;

Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off-hours;

Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests;

Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed;

Other duties as assigned.

Must be 18 years of age or older;

Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment;

Able to communicate well with staff and customers;

Able to work flexible hours and days;

Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services;

Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills.
