A leading professional networking company seeks a User Experience Designer. The successful candidate will effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process. The company offers a great work environment!

User Experience Designer Responsibilities:

Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements.

Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.

User Experience Designer Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).

3+ years of recent experience with Figma (Advanced skills).

BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced experience with the latest AI tools, wireframe/mocks, and data visualization.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering) is preferred.

Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications is preferred.

Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is preferred.

Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product and technology teams) is preferred.

Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows is preferred.

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision is preferred.

Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail is preferred.
