You choose your path:
Textile Processor (Softlines): Handle clothing, accessories, and linens—sorting, pricing, and readying items to inspire new wardrobes and fresh starts.
Wares Processor (Hardlines): Manage housewares, electronics, and décor—giving new purpose to quality goods that fuel our mission.
In this role, you will:
Sort and assess donated items with precision and care.
Use baseline pricing tools to value merchandise.
Ensure products are placed in the correct category (salable, salvage, or discard).
Transport items to the sales floor and help maintain a dynamic, clean work environment.
Work with urgency, accuracy, and pride—because every item processed supports jobs, education, and empowerment.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Basic math and price evaluation skills
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset
Prior experience in retail or processing preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and flexible availability
High school diploma or equivalent preferred or looking forward to work toward completion.
THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs regularly
Comfortable with standing, bending, and repetitive motion
Dexterity to handle small items and perform sorting tasks efficiently
