We are a boutique real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles with a mixed asset portfolio specializing in multifamily and hospitality, value ad and ground-up development across the country.
What You’ll Do
Sales and marketing.
Manage and oversee 100+ unit property.
Responsible for community outreach and collaboration.
Ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention.
Partner with facilities and engineering teams to ensure physical assets are operating at peak performance levels.
Customer service.
Property Financial Performance.
Monitor and review monthly operating results for both the property management and building services operations.
Attend management meetings as requested by upper management.
Report on department updates at staff meetings.What You’ll Need
4+ years of property management is preferred (internships included).
High Energy.
Attention to detail.
Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
