About the Role:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales in our retail store located in Calexico. This position is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Associate will also be tasked with maintaining the store's visual standards and ensuring that products are well-stocked and organized. By building strong relationships with customers, the Sales Associate contributes to customer loyalty and repeat business. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand values.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Knowledge of current retail trends and customer preferences.

Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs.

Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.

Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
