· Your Role in Changing Lives

· Lead & Inspire – Supervise a team of Developmental Trainers, guiding and empowering them to deliver engaging and impactful programming.

· Advocate & Support – Serve as a vital liaison, ensuring individuals receive the services and resources they need, while fostering strong connections with families, staff, and community partners.

· Elevate Meaningful Day Services – Design and oversee programming that encourages choice, skill-building, and enriching experiences. Every day is an opportunity to create meaningful moments.

· Ensure Excellence – Oversee program operations, from maintaining facilities to ensuring compliance with regulations, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

· Champion Inclusion – Promote community integration, support independence, and celebrate the strengths and aspirations of every individual served.

What You Bring to the Role

· A Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field and at least one year of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.

· A strong understanding of group dynamics, person-centered approaches, and best practices in service delivery.

· Skills that set you apart: leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

· A commitment to empowering people to live their fullest lives through meaningful opportunities and support.

· A State of Illinois QIDP or QIDP eligible.
