Facility is looking for TEMP TO PERM. Quality Director/HIPAA & Compliance Officer. Mon-Fri 8a-5p. Certs: Certification (RIMS-CRMP or CPHRM) required within 1 year of hire. Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) preferred. Min Experience: Minimum of 5 years management experience in hospital setting required. Required Exp: Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, risk management frameworks, and HIPAA requirements. Previous experience in performance improvement, compliance, and risk preferred. EMR: Meditech Expanse. Unit Overview: Quality Coordinator (RN) Patient Safety/Risk Officer (RN) Infection Control Nurse Patient Advocate/Patient Experience Coordinator (Inpatient & Outpatient) Information System Analyst Abstractor.
