How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities):
As a CNC Molding Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in the precise operation and maintenance of our molding machines, ensuring the production of top-tier products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Accurately set up, program (if applicable), and operate CNC molding machines according to specifications and production schedules.
Perform in-process inspections, utilizing precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve machine malfunctions or production issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Load and unload materials and finished products from machines safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to ensure optimal machine performance and a safe environment.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNC operator with a strong background in molding operations and a commitment to excellence.
Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with specific experience in molding processes (rubber, plastic, or similar materials preferred).
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of CNC machine operation, programming (G-code, M-code, or similar), and control systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues.
