The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Lead Data Analytics Engineer (Splunk) to play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and security of our Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) and Domain Name Service (DNS). You will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning and real-time monitoring tools, to provide valuable insights and drive improvements across our enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain advanced analytics using Splunk to support EIS, DNS, and HAIPE initiatives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Enhance and optimize real-time health and status monitoring tools
Contribute to the improvement of security and IT standards
Support Splunk cluster deployment and maturation
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Technical experience based on education level:
4-12 years of experience, depending on education level (High School Diploma/GED to Doctorate)
All experience and education must be in a directly related technical field
Advanced experience with Splunk (frontend and backend)
Proficiency in Linux/RedHat v8/v9
Strong Python scripting skills
Experience with ETL processes and data analysis
Knowledge of systems engineering principles
IAT Level 2 Certification
Desired:
Experience with MongoDB
Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
Background in machine learning and predictive analytics

The proposed salary range for this position is: $120,800 - $265,800
