Position Overview
The Dallas Bulls are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff. This role is vital for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, players, staff, and vendors promptly and courteously.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
Provide general administrative support to the office as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in a sports organization or similar fast-paced environment a plus.
Friendly, approachable personality with a strong customer service orientation.
