Title of Position: Restaurant Database Coordinator
Job Description: As a Restaurant Database Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our restaurant's databases. This includes managing our POS systems (Aloha & Toast) by creating and maintaining the architecture and layout, programming buttons, and ensuring accurate sales revenue data. You will also work with our restaurant store team to maintain Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and troubleshoot any issues with our Point of Sale Vendors. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining integration between POS and ERP (CrunchTime) by managing data systems and updating recipes and beverage information. A key part of your role will also involve collecting and resolving data inconsistencies and errors, as well as managing our online ordering system (Olo) by adding new menu items and working with the marketing team to improve guest experience.

Experience with Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha or Toast
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and third-party vendors
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Full-time
