Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Were seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell products to contractors and builders in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a background in customer service (preferably within building materials), and a history of exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with contractors and builders through regular communication

Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally

Work with the outside sales team to boost sales and expand our customer base

Advising customers on pricing

Ensuring customer sales orders are imputed accurately

Scheduling deliveries with customers

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience, ideally in building materials

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
