Salary:

UpSlope Advisors isactively seeking a motivated and analytical Processing Support I professional to join our team. This role is contingent upon the successful award of a government contract. The selected candidate will support core administrative and analytical processes designed to enhance operational effectiveness across business systems and organizational functions.

The Processing Support I will contribute to identifying business needs, defining requirements, and conducting structured analyses aimed at optimizing workflow, policy execution, and performance measurement. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, analytical aptitude, and attention to detail in both technical and procedural documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of process improvement and technical support within a contract-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares and conducts business analyses, needs assessments, and systems alignment studies

Performs requirements gathering, definition, and cost/benefit analyses for business improvement initiatives

Supports the development of forecasts and trend analysis based on operational and regulatory data

Analyzes and prepares metrics, reports, and recommendations related to organizational structure, policies, and business functions

Identifies, documents, and reports on potential business risks

Assists in the evaluation of internal controls, enterprise risk, and business performance

Areas of focus include (but are not limited to):

Business operations and performance evaluation

Business and economic case analysis

Internal controls and procedural compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Associates degree required

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a processing support, administrative analysis, or business support capacity

Core Skills:

Business analysis and process evaluation

Data interpretation and forecasting

Report development and risk identification

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Security and Access Requirements:

Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
