Opening: Administrative Assistant Sales Support

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $20 - $25

WHAT YOU LL DO:

This role is perfect for an organized and motivated administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment. Key responsibilities include:

Answering and directing phone calls professionally

Providing support to the sales team and assisting with client inquiries

Processing returned goods authorizations (RGAs) and tracking inventory inquiries

Performing data entry, clerical support, and document management

Coordinating office supply purchasing and fulfillment

Assisting with marketing projects and promotional materials

Maintaining an organized filing system

Handling small stock order entry and other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:

Entry-level position prior experience in administrative or sales support is a plus

Interest in business, HVAC, or the construction industry preferred

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Ability to manage and track multiple inquiries at once

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications

Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
