The ForgeOS team is growing! We are in need of a Data Migration Coordinator. This full-time, fully-remote role requires candidates who are highly detailed, organized, motivated and communicative individuals and are interested in taking their few years of working experience to the next level. This position can work fully remote. Standard working hours are 8 am - 5 pm EDT. In-office work may be required approximately 1-2 times per year.

The Data Migration Coordinator is responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures, including data, voice, and managed services. They will execute data entry projects relating to, but not limited to, client initiatives, service optimization, bill analysis, cost savings, customer onboarding, internal company initiatives, and sales opportunities. The role will execute analysis of customer invoices and inventory, create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets, ensure completion of new carrier services and changes to existing carrier services, resolve issues, escalate internally and externally to meet deliverables, and report status to various stakeholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the scope of work from the client which may include analyzing customer telecom invoices and contracts to extract current costs and services.
Manually input data provided directly by customers in Forge’s operating system.
Responsible for producing high-quality deliverables in a timely fashion.
Develop positive working relationships with all client touch points.
Utilize order tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones completions, order issues and jeopardies, corrective action plans, and overall order completions.
Communicate regularly and effectively with the customer, sales, and internal ForgeOS teams.
Maintain communication with team members throughout each project and direct management to ensure early identification of issues within a timely report status.
Track and follow up with any ongoing and unresolved issues until the project is completed.
Ensure deadlines are met while keeping project tasks moving forward to completion.
Perform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s or Bachelor degree is preferred.
1 - 2 years of working experience with carriers like Comcast, Spectrum, Cox, etc. is preferred.
1 - 2 years of MAC order experience (Moves, adds, changes) with carriers is preferred.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of PC and software applications including Windows and MS Office with specific Excel experience and demonstrated skills.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) with a customer service focus.
Ability to understand and then communicate complex issues clearly.
Team Player – a willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
Strong organization and time management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
Experience making independent decisions based on policies, practices, and order requirements.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Must live in the continental United States.
Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
