We are hiring a Controller for a local Company in the Twin Cities. The Controller will be part of the organization's continued growth strategy and process improvement.
As Controller, you will be responsible for:
Leading the consolidation, analysis, and timely reporting of financial results, including internal/external statements, budgets, audits, and forecasts.
Overseeing month-end close, budget timelines, and the external audit process across the organization.
Preparing executive financial presentations with insights to support strategic decisions, cost savings, and profitability improvements.
Managing cash operations including customer collections, supplier payments, intercompany reconciliations, and internal controls.
Driving process improvements through ERP systems, policy development, and mentoring of finance team members.
Who qualifies for the Accountant role?
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
5+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of leadership experience
Experience using ERP's and reporting tools
Manufacturing and costing experience highly preferred
How much will you earn as the Accountant?
Annual Salary; $130-160K
