Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: Earn up to $44/hour PLUS:

Sign-On Bonus:

Full-Time: $5/hour up to $10,000

Part-Time: $5/Up to $5,000

Night Shift Differential: Additional $4/hour

Respiratory Unit Bonus: Additional $1/hour

Mileage Reimbursement: For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)

Responsibilities:

Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process

Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance

Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs

IND1Requirements:

Requirements of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Indiana

Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred

Strong organizational skills; detail oriented

Exceptional critical thinking skills

High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
