This is a 13-week contract position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Join a dedicated clinical team and make a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting!Job Description – MLT DutiesPerform clinical laboratory testing in areas such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunologyAnalyze and interpret lab results to aid in diagnosis and treatmentOperate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipmentAdhere to quality assurance and regulatory standards (CLIA, COLA, etc.)Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and team membersRotate through various lab areas and participate in call rotation as neededEducation & Certification RequirementsAssociate's Degree or equivalent in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related fieldMLT (ASCP) or AMT Certification – RequiredPrevious hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred (new grads welcome!)BLS Certification – Required or willing to obtainSchedule & Shift DetailsDay and Night Shift Available3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts (flexible scheduling options)13-Week Contract with Temp-to-Perm PotentialFacility TypeCritical Access HospitalSmall, tight-knit team environmentModern equipment and lab systemsEmphasis on personalized patient careWhy Work in South Dakota?
