Qualifications/ Responsibilities:Split time between OT treatment and life enrichment coordinatorMust possess an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.A current and valid license granted from the state of employment/OT/SLP and nursing assistants.Assists in establishing an individualized treatment program with a consultation to facility staff in areas of Occupational TherapyAides in providing results of the evaluation and treatment objectives to caregivers, family members, and residentsCompletes all documentation as required by the fiscal intermediary, within the designated time frameImplements the treatment program based on evaluative resultsAssist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan Shift and Wage:Full-Time Opportunity Available/ PRN UnavailableShifts Needed: DayshiftSign-on Bonus: $5,000 About Us: We strive to be the leader in the long-term care industry operating in 6 different states.
