We’re currently hiring a Class D Licensed Driver for a Hybrid Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver position at our Lindenhurst, NY location. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys variety, physical work, and the satisfaction of getting the job done right. This is a backup driver and warehouse position, offering full-time hours and benefits in a professional, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Responsibilities (~50%)

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care

Receive and restock inventory; assist with inventory cycle counts

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Load/unload company delivery trucks

Assist in general warehouse operations as needed

Perform physical tasks including sitting, twisting, bending, lifting, reaching, and walking throughout the shift

Delivery Driver Responsibilities (~50%)

Operate company box trucks (16’-20’, non-CDL) for local deliveries in the Mid-Atlantic Region — no overnights

Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Follow delivery routes, safety guidelines, and schedule timelines

Provide excellent customer service at every stop

Represent the company professionally during customer interactions

Complete and return all required delivery documentation accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

Minimum 21 years of age (FMSCA-DOT Requirement), with at least 3 years of driving experience

Clean, valid driver’s license (Class D, non-CDL) and safe driving record

Experience driving a 16’-20’ box truck is required

Ability to pass a DOT medical exam (drug-free workplace)

Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations a plus

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform regular physical labor

Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: $18.00 Hour and up
