Position Summary:

Manage new product introductions and cross-functional teams from design through production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to OEM customers. Support product development by coordinating engineering, production, procurement, and finance teams to keep programs on track. Serve as the primary customer-facing representative during fulfillment.

Position Responsibilities:

Serve as the key interface to customers, representing the entire program team and FOX.

Lead cross-functional teams from manufacturing, quality, design, development, and purchasing to bring new products into production on schedule, ensuring technical compliance.

Plan, lead, and oversee the fulfillment process for all deliverables throughout the project.

Establish program schedules and milestones, coordinating with sales, engineering, creative, and finance teams to ensure projects stay on or ahead of schedule.

Develop and lead risk mitigation activities to meet deadlines on time and within budget.

Act as the customer-facing voice of the company during fulfillment.

Manage and resolve internal and customer escalations.

Work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Exceptional presentation skills, both written and oral, at all management levels.

Experience managing large-scale programs following APQP guidelines.

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel; knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Ability to manage external customers and internal teams across engineering, hardware fabrication, and testing of composite structures.

Experience in growing existing or new business with current customers.

Knowledge of ISO IATF 16949, ISO 9000:2008, AS9100, process flows, and control plans.

Strong initiative, influence, and leadership qualities.

Experience leading teams across multiple sites and time zones.

Position Qualifications:

Education: BS in Engineering or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in program/project management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry or contract manufacturing.

Preferred Experience: Experience in a tier-one automotive environment and lean manufacturing.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office and production settings; ability to sit for long periods; vision for data entry and validation.
