Job Description The Projects Execution Senior Manager will supervise teams including I&E specialists, project managers, welders, assemblers/fabricators, and multi-skilled technicians.

The team manages and executes upgrades, installations, and construction of service center and/or water plant systems.

This role involves travel within the South region (TX, LA, OK, AK), occasional visits to Veolia WTS Service Centers, primarily within NAM (South/West/Central/East), to support facility expansion or upgrade projects, and customer sites for system installs and upgrades.

The primary function is to lead on-site teams to complete tasks on time, within budget, safely, and with quality standards.

This multifaceted position requires a blend of leadership, technical skills, and project management (including scheduling and budgeting) to support service operations growth.

The primary focus is on leading a team of 15 to 30 multi-skilled technicians and project managers working simultaneously across different locations.

Key Characteristics Use project management tools to create schedules outlining tasks, timelines, and resources Maintain and update long-term project plans, resource alignment, and communicate issues to leadership Lead on-site installation of CAPEX projects at Veolia and customer facilities Promote and uphold high EHS standards on-site Lead and motivate construction/installation teams, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment Key Responsibilities Lead and develop high-performing teams for complex industrial projects Manage project lifecycles, including budgets, timelines, and resources Oversee construction and travel teams, coordinating with CAPEX project managers Apply technical expertise in engineering drawings, P&IDs, and control systems Drive operational excellence and process improvements Qualifications Core Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field 8+ years of senior project management experience Strong technical background with ability to interpret engineering documents Proven experience managing dispersed teams and complex projects Excellent EHS and OSHA compliance standards Experience in I&E or water plant operations Construction management experience Critical Skills: Advanced project management and scheduling skills Strong leadership and team development abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and stakeholder management Proficiency in project management software (P6, MS Project, Smartsheet) Preferred: PMP Certification Experience in I&E or water plant operations Construction management background Additional Information Work Environment: 50% travel required Industrial setting On-call for emergencies Veolia values diversity and inclusion, fostering a workplace where all employees can thrive.
