Job Summary:

RPA Developerto support automation initiatives within enterprise systems, including ERP, HR, Finance, and related business domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withUiPath, object-oriented programming, and automation deployment in both cloud and on-premises environments.

You will work within theIT Shared Services team, helping to develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions to optimize and support various corporate systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions usingUiPathin alignment with best practices.

Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into automation opportunities.

Lead the development of production-level automations using theRobotic Enterprise Framework.

Monitor and support automation jobs and system integrations across internal and external systems.

Collaborate with agile Scrum teams to deliver automation projects on schedule.

Support ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, and other business-critical applications.

Required Qualifications:

3+ yearsof experience in RPA development and support, with a focus onUiPath.

2+ yearsexperience with object-oriented programming (C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java).

Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and attended/unattended Robots.

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end automation solutions independently.

Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum practices.

Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification

Experience with other RPA tools (e.g.,Blue Prism,Automation Anywhere)

Prior experience automatingOracle ERP,SAP, and web/desktop applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities.
