About the Role
We're looking for a Meta Ads Performance Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of high-converting Meta ad creative. You'll work across static, video, UGC, and motion graphic formats. You'll write briefs, manage content creators, and systematically test new ideas to drive improvements in CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other key performance metrics. This is a hands-on, results-driven creative strategy role with high impact.
Success in this role requires a sharp understanding of ad and sales psychology, strong design sensibility, and excellent organizational skills. You'll need to juggle multiple creative projects, manage timelines and talent, and keep testing efforts structured and systematic. It's a rare mix of strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational follow-through — all focused on scaling what works, fast.
What You'll Do
Own and execute Meta ad creative strategy, working across static, video, UGC, and motion graphics to drive performance.
Write briefs and ad scriptsaligned with brand, consumer insights, and product benefits.
Manage creators and partners(UGC talent, influencers, editors, in-house/agency) from sourcing through feedback and approvals.
Lead structured creative testingof angles, hooks, CTAs, and formats; optimize based on CTR, CVR, ROAS, and thumbstop rates.
Collaborate with media buyer and marketing teamto align creative testing with performance goals.
Maintain organized librariesof top-performing ads, assets, and learnings.
Build scalable creative systems, including templates, workflows, and production processes.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in Meta-specific performance creativefor a DTC brand or agency (CPG/supplements a plus).
Proven ability to scale Meta adsthrough high-performing creative.
Strong grasp of direct response psychology, storytelling, and ad pacing.
Fluent in UGC, editing, and motion graphic workflows; able to direct teams with clear creative feedback (hands-on editing a bonus).
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, testing-driven environment.
Bonus:Experience with TikTok or YouTube Shorts creative strategy.
