Location: Mountain View or San Diego CA (Hybrid, 3 Days/Week onsite)

Pay Range: $70.00 - $78.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst skilled in SQL, Tableau, and Qlik development, with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work on-site in MTV or San Diego 3 times a week. The ideal candidate will perform business analysis through statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining, developing actionable insights for our business operations. This role involves direct interaction with internal or external clients to understand analytical requirements and may include producing ad hoc reports and assisting in system developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining to support business decisions.

Determine best practices and develop actionable insights and recommendations for current business operations.

Work directly with clients to identify and define analytical requirements.

Produce ad hoc data and reports as needed.

Assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information and occasionally guide less experienced analysts.

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL

Expert in Tableau dashboard development

Qlik development

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics is preferred, with a strong inclination towards candidates who have worked in technology or related sectors.
