Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

Small law firm with upbeat work environment in Tallahassee seeks litigation paralegal to draft pleadings, schedule appointments, review documents, e-file, record billable hours and assist with drafting correspondence, and other tasks. This fast paced law firm requires a dependable person who meets deadlines, and has excellent computer and communication skills and has the ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.

Superior telephone skills and ability to talk to people is essential. One year of office experience is necessary, 2+ years preferred, especially experience with State agencies. This position is for 40 hours per week and willingness to work extra hours as needed. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Health insurance will be provided, including dental and vision.
