Position & Location Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team in beautiful West Chester, PA--a vibrant town known for its small-town charm and big city access. Required Qualifications:

Active Security Clearance

Minimum 3+ years of estimating experience in construction

Proven experience supporting hard bid submissions, including working under tight deadlines & coordinating competitive pricing strategies

Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, or similar)

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation: 100k -140k base + Employee Stock Options + Benefits
