Role:

We're looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions in a dynamic MSP environment. This role focuses on project-based implementations, including client onboarding, Office 365 setups, server and network deployments, and cloud hosting configurations. You'll be a critical part of our project delivery team, working directly with clients and technical staff to ensure smooth and efficient rollouts.

What You'll Do:

Execute IT projects such as:

Office 365 setup and migrations

Server installations (on-premise and cloud-based)

Network infrastructure setups (firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.)

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects

Document procedures, configurations, and outcomes clearly

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT project-focused environment

Solid expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and common IT infrastructure

Expertise with networking concepts and equipment (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently

Nice to Have:

Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)

Experience with PSA/RMM tools like Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, etc.
