️ Renovation Assistant / Project Manager Helper – $20/hr (Full-Time)

Location: Greater Charlotte Metro Area

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: $20/hr – Full-time

We’re hiring a dependable and experienced Renovation Assistant to support residential renovation projects in the Greater Charlotte Metro area. You’ll work directly with a project manager on interior home renovations—focused on painting, trim work, cleanup, and general site renovation.

This is not entry-level. We’re looking for someone who’s worked on houses before and knows their way around a job site.

Responsibilities:

Interior and exterior painting

Installing and repairing trim (baseboards, door/window casing, etc.)

Site preparation and clean-up (debris removal, floor protection, etc.)

Light demo (removing old fixtures, hardware, cabinets, drywall, etc.)

Material handling, tool management, and jobsite support

Assisting the project manager with punch list items and scheduling

Requirements:

At least 1–2 years of hands-on renovation or construction experience

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Familiar with basic tools (tape measure, drill, caulk gun, etc.)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Physically able to lift 40–50 lbs, climb ladders, move materials

Strong work ethic, clean appearance, and attention to detail

Schedule & Pay:

Monday–Friday (40 hours/week, occasional overtime if needed)

$20/hr (weekly pay via direct deposit)

Work is steady and long-term, not seasonal or temporary
