Job Description:
Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline
Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline
Monitor sales team performance, make sure the process runs smoothly
Support sales team in pitching and negotiating with potential clients
Gather information and feedback from potential clients
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, proven track record in achieving sales quota
Experience in IT or HR company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary
Experienced in building and managing sales team
Excellent presentation skills
Comfortable and confident speaking to senior executive
