About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Lead (m/f/d) to join our client and lead its marketing strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on implementing cross-channel campaigns including digital, content, social, paid, email, SEO/SEM efforts and have the opportunity to contribute to various marketing projects.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on creating and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, mentoring and growing the marketing team, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all communications. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business development, tech, and product teams, manage budgets, and analyse performance data to maximise ROI.
Join our portfolio company: A German dual-use technology company that develops unmanned ground vehicles to spearhead automation in both governmental and civilian use cases.
In this role, you’ll:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team
Oversee and optimise multi-channel campaign executions including digital, content, social, paid, email, and SEO/SEM
Drive initiatives to generate leads, boost customer engagement, and enhance conversion rates
Collaborate cross-functionally with business development and technology teams
Manage the marketing budget, forecast ROI, and optimize spend for maximum performance
Own overall brand positioning and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
Your Profile
5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven success in designing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, marketing technology, and performance analytics
Excellent communication skills paired with an ability to lead cross-functional projects
A creative, results-oriented mindset with solid business acumen and a data-driven approach
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Experience in the defence industry is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills in both German & English are required
Please note that we are looking for support in the Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
