YOUR NEW ROLE AS A COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN AND DRAFTING MANAGER

Enjoy a flexible Monday - Friday schedule, providing a healthy work-life balance.

As a Computer-aided Design and Drafting Manager, you'll spend your days maintaining CADD standards, environments, and workspaces, leading CADD initiatives, and providing companywide CADD support. You'll oversee CADD QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle, offer software and production support, and coordinate staff CADD new hire onboarding and ongoing training.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN AND DRAFTING MANAGER

Extensive experience with MicroStation

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to lead and mentor a team

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Projectwise, and Department of Transportation agency standards is preferred.
