Amazon Security - ACMF (Amazon Cloud Management Frameworks) is seeking a highly motivated and driven Principal Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives aimed at improving Amazon's overall service health for identity foundational services that power Amazon.

Amazon Stores ACMF is driving multi-year roadmap to improve service resiliency, modernize our systems, and create mechanisms for more streamlined customer engagements across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop security and service strategy, aligning it with company's business objectives and risk tolerance.

• Lead executive-level presentations and reviews to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.

• Oversee large-scale, complex programs spanning multiple regions and business verticals.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Drive regular program reviews and status updates with key stakeholders.

• Run the rhythm of business for the director's organization.

Basic Qualifications

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

- 5+ years of software development experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience with System Design and Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
