Staff Accountant

Job Description

A well-known organization is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant. This will be a 6+ month assignment that will involve entering and coding invoices, ensuring timely payments, tracking and processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and ensuring payments are collected in a timely manner, updating and maintaining vendor information, reviewing expense reports, and performing credit card and bank reconciliations. Looking for someone who is advanced in Excel (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables) and ideally has experience working in multinational environments.
