Job Title: Advanced Medical Esthetician

Location: Rock Hill, SC

Pay: $20$24/hour + Bonuses + Commissions + Tips

Job Type: Full-Time Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends

What Youll Do

Perform advanced skincare treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, advanced facials, cryo facials/body treatments)

Conduct client consultations and develop treatment plans

Promote and sell skincare products and Restores full suite of wellness services

Meet individual sales goals and contribute to team revenue targets

Train and mentor new estheticians

Assist with inventory tracking and product ordering

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client care

Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsRequirements

Current SC Esthetic License & Advanced Esthetic Certification (Required)

Experience with microneedling, lasers, chemical peels, and advanced modalities

Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals

Experience training or mentoring team members preferred

Strong time management and interpersonal skills

A passion for skin health, wellness, and personal development
