PROGRAM MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER / TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

Our client is looking to add a Program Manager / Account Manager to the team!

Do you enjoying relationship building? Are you someone who has proven experience in a Customer Technical Support role?

If you come from the SPRING MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY—EVEN BETTER!

We are looking for someone with at least 4-5 years experience facilitating the customer relationship in SPRING MANUFACTURING OR METAL FABRICATION.

This opportunity is in the HOUSTON TEXAS AREA—RELOCATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATE.

All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.

What Will You Do?

The position's primary responsibility is to SERVE ALREADY ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS NOT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. This person will run interference and coordinate the internal teams for the customers. All customer issues will be handled by this individual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Meets with existing customers to maintain relationships.

* Ability to re-engage customers who are low or non-performing by developing new strategies, offering solutions and tactics to develop and grow current business.

* Cultivates customer relationships, laterally and above the primary contact.

* Prepares and delivers technical presentations that explain products and/or services to customers and prospective customers.

* Understands and resolves customer issues regarding sales, service, etc.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer relationships are positive and deep within all accounts

Create materials for and conduct sales presentations to customers

Ensure customer service requirements are met

Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns

Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction may handle customer returns

Work with customers to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales

Provide technical support as required

Work with VP of Sales to provide business planning to reach product and sales goals

Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships and support sales

Maintain appropriate relationship with key suppliers

Minimal Travel required.
