Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be the Team Lead in the installation and repair of sewer, water, and storm lines.

Operate backhoes, track hoes, skid loaders, and dump trucks with a focus on safety and equipment maintenance.

Actively participate in construction tasks: clearing sites, laying pipes, installing fittings, and making necessary connections.

Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

We're it if this is You:

Minimum 4 years of utility line execavation (residential and/or commercial).

Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.

Working knowledge of grades and site layouts.

High level of understanding of excavation safety that includes trenching, traffic control and confined space procedures.

High mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability with heavy equipment.

Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

A professional, positive, and reliable attitude.
