Project Administrator, Compliance – National Projects

What we’re looking for:
The Project Administrator, Compliance is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and thorough data and documentation sets on all active vendor partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery for the National Projects and Services team.
What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team:
Responds to internal and external customer inquiries with urgency and within 24 hours, researching issues to provide status updates and resolutions to any concerns, escalating to team and manager as needed.
Communicates with urgency and professionalism with internal and external customers/stakeholders
Ensures accurate and thorough data and documentation is maintained and updated in appropriate systems for assigned tasks, including but not limited to, vendor licenses, certificate of insurance, rates, service zones, Avetta compliance, EMR compliance, etc.
Interfaces with multiple web portals, and ERP systems responding to various RFI requests following company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Prepares accurate and thorough compliance, performance, and coverage zone reports for review by internal stakeholders.
Participates in meetings with internal and external customers as needed providing information on assignments.
May be required to perform other duties outside of these responsibilities to support the on-demand service and project teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong internal customer relationship orientation; customer focused and deadline driven. Capable of providing results on assigned tasks.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
Strong organizational skills including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven attentiveness to detail with problem analysis and issue resolution skills.
Accountability with focus on attention to detail.
Initiative to establish strong organizational priorities and plans and deliver on plans timely.
Proficiency using MS Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats; ability to analyze and solve problems.
Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships.
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
