CNC Field Service Engineer

What You’ll Do

- Perform on-site service and maintenance for CNC tool and cutter grinding machines at customer facilities

- Offer responsive, knowledgeable support via phone, email, and in-person visits

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately

- Expect up to 80% travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico

Who You Are

- An experienced CNC field service technician with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair

- Confident in remote troubleshooting and communication, including reading and explaining maintenance and technical drawings

- Skilled in the installation of CNC grinding equipment

- A practical, mechanically inclined problem-solver who thrives in hands-on situations

- Comfortable interpreting complex mechanical, electrical, and technical diagrams

- Familiar with electrical and fluid power circuits (basic knowledge preferred)
