JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Application Development, is responsible for leading the Application Development Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee Strategic Business Technology team

Manage day to day projects for Strategic Business Technology team within Atlassian project environment

Develop, maintain, and update internal applications needed to run core business operations and processes

Work with internal team members and external customers to identify areas of improvement and tools needed to perform job duties more efficiently

Troubleshoot and come up with solutions to solve operational issues

Oversee upkeep of data warehouse, data infrastructure environment, data archiving and data recovery

Build new functionalities for internal team members and external customers

Holds development related to vendor relationships

Complete other technical projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience preferred.

Five (5) to Seven (7) years of relevant software development experience.

Experience with Object Oriented Design, Python, PHP (Laravel), HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue/Node), and relational database management systems (SQL, Postgres, etc.) required.

Experience with Matillion or similar ETL/ELT and Amazon Web Services tools preferred but not required

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

The pay range for this position is below. The specific starting rate will depend on the chosen candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $135,000 (entry level qualifications) to $145,000 (highly experienced).
